ENGINE

With an amazing 310kW of power, the F6 E is one of the best performing sedans in the Australian market.

Powered by the 4.0 litre, turbo-charged, DOHC 24 valve in-line six cylinder engine, the F6 E produces maximum power of 310kW at 5,500rpm and maximum torque of 565Nm across the range from 1,950 to 5,200rpm. The F6 E gives increases response to the accelerator pedal throughout the rev range, but also provides around town driveability due to better access to torque.

The F6 E features the ZF 6-speed automatic transmission with Sequential Sports Shift as standard. This high performance automatic gear box has a cylinder cut feature during wide open throttle gear changes which shortens the “torque off, torque back on” time between gear changes, enhancing the wide open throttle performance feel. And when in full auto mode, the adaptive shift system changes characteristics to suit your individual driving style.

The result is a vehicle with outstanding performance, better engine response and fuel efficiency and improved operating performance under all conditions. The F6 E has an improved turn-in response and linearity, better steering precision and stability mid-corner and a reduced roll rate, which all work to deliver a smooth and controlled ride.

STYLING

From the front the F6 Ute is powerful and imposing; distinguished by its dark headlight accents and titanium mesh grille. The grille on the lower air intake has been removed, making the mechanicals of the larger intercooler a visible and an integral part of the F6 Ute's tough exterior presence.

The new Graphite headlight accents are matched to the 19 inch machine faced alloy wheels with Graphite accents, and an optional F6 Graphite wheel is available. The unique F6 310 badge is positioned on the tailgate which completes the performance styling.

The F6 Ute features F6 logo embroidered sports seats in New Technique cloth with suede-feel bolsters and silver stitching. New Technique leather sports seats are an option.

The interior is packed with features to ensure a premium driving experience, including a sports leather steering wheel with cruise control and audio mounted switches, single zone temperature control air conditioning, 4-way power driver's seat, Bluetooth® and I-pod® integration and prestige audio system as standard. The F6 Ute receives a soft tonneau as standard, whilst the power bulge hard tonneau with spoiler is an option.
